Nokill ban appeal

I finally figured out who keeps breaking the rotors and landing gear of my heli today by spawning it out in open and seeing who was breaking it and apparantly it turned out to be

Which stunned me because he was my friend for the past week but has been breaking my builds when i wasnt looking. And telling him to stop got no reply even though he knows english he was pretending to be foreign or not understand when fin was around. So i think this traitor deserves a nokill ban or punishment of some sort.
